With spring approaching, now is the perfect time to give your skin a fresh start!  We all want to look and feel good, and our skin is  one of the first things people see! Our friend Dr. Astaphan is an anesthesiologist and maxillofacial doctor, and with his help we’ll all have flawless and ageless skin!!! We’re going to go over the basics first to get us started on the path to amazing & sexy skin!!!

Aesthetics are a huge business in the U.S. With everybody jumping on the beauty bandwagon, always choose a Board Certified Medical Doctor for your treatment!!

Look on www.botoxcosmetic.com, www.dysportusa.com, www.juvederm.com, www.restylaneusa.com, www.radiesse.com or the website to the dermal filler of your choice to see which doctor they certify in your area.

Ask where the office orders the aesthetics from. Make sure the doctor’s office order Botox, Dysport and/or dermal fillers directly from the US manufacturer/distributor.  The FDA does not approve out of the country aesthetics and it is also “illegal for doctors to purchase out of the country drugs and inject them into patients”.

The big manufacturers frequently offer mail-in rebates and online coupons for use in the U.S.  These discounted programs are free for the patients. Be weary of doctors that do not or cannot offer the current manufacturers rebates or coupons.  These doctors must not be acquiring the aesthetics from the U.S. Time is money. When it’s your money, make sure your time is well spent!

Schedule a consultation before treating to see if you feel comfortable with the doctor and the office.  Your body is your temple.  It should be worshipped by all.  Ask a lot of question and make sure they are answered.
