Fashion’s Night Out: Meet Joss Stone, Karlie Kloss, Nicole Miller, Cassie

September 10th is fashion’s biggest party of the year.  New York City will be covered in bubbly, giveaways, goodies, parties all  night long.  On this day retail shops all over Manhattan will stay open extra late in the name of fashion and fun!!

There are about gazillion events that day which you can find on www.fnonyc.com.  Absolutely everything that’s going down will be listed there.  

The biggest tip we can give you is to plan your night and take a pair of flats with you because you’re going to be walking a lot.  What I like to do is doll myself up at the event with heels and switch to my flats as I hop from store to store.

Meet Joss Stone at Nine West:

Soak in the live & soulful musical performance by Grammy-award winning artist Joss Stone at the Nine West store at 675 Fifth Ave (at 53rd) beginning at 6pm at the Lucky Magazine/Nine West co-sponsored party. Complete with lite bites & drinks, come shop the limited edition footwear collection co-created by Joss Stone as part of the Fall 2010 Nine West Vintage America Collection. Plus, be one of the first 99 people to donate a previously loved pair of shoes to Soles4Souls and enjoy a Nine West gift card.

Meet model Karlie Kloss and Design Erin Fetherston at Juicy Cuture flagship:

At Bleecker Street, model Karlie Kloss will decorate cupcakes with editors from Teen Vogue, including editor-in-chief, Amy Astley from 6PM-8PM.  Designer Erin Fetherston(whose collection for Juicy Couture debuts this holiday season) will also stop by the festivities to fashion a cupcake before heading out on the town! After a sweet treat in the west village, head up to the Fifth Avenue Flagship where DJ Cory Kennedy will be spinning and indie rock band, Metric will perform live at 8:30PM.  It wouldn’t be Juicy without a few surprises here and there, so stop by both locations for photo opportunities and fun!  A portion of the proceeds of sales of the Juicy Couture “Loves New York” tracksuit and t-shirt line will benefit Vogue’s official charity, The New York City AIDS Fund in The New York Community Trust.

Meet designer Nicole Miller and singer Cassie at Nicole Miller store:

Celebrated runway designer Nicole Miller will be co-hosting a Party with Singer/Model Cassie in the store from 6:30-9pm. A night of fun shopping plus; an apperance by Nicole Miller, open bar for those 21+, autographs, dancing to music by DJ TygerLilly, contest and personal style consultations by Nicole.  77 Greene Street New York NY 10012

Meet Paige Adams-Geller, designer of Paige Denim:

Show off your “assets” to the designer herself! Meet Paige Denim Designer/ Creative Director, Paige Adams-Geller along with celebrity trainer Missy Beaver from 8 – 11pm. Finish the night with a performance by Carolina Liar from 10 – 11pm. Prizes that will work those “assets” will be raffled off throughout the evening! 71 Mercer Street NY NY 10012

Meet designers Christian Siriano, Lela Rose, Patricia Field, and Isabel Toledo at Payless ShoeSource:

The Payless Fashion’s Night Out must-attend store event is hosted by all four Payless Guest Designers: Christian Siriano, Lela Rose, Patricia Field and Isabel Toledo. The designers will be available for a meet-and-greet and photo opportunity from 8-10 p.m. at 716 Lexington Avenue. Shoppers are encouraged to bring their cameras and check out the just-in fall Designer Collections. Payless is also proud to support Fashion’s Night Out’s chosen beneficiary partner, the NYC AIDS Fund, with a limited-edition charity tote available for $10 that features the official “cityscape graphic” created by Vogue for 2010. Five dollars per each tote sold will be donated to the NYC AIDS Fund.
