A Soft Kisser

A young woman sits in my chair. It’s 8:30 in the morning. Beside her is the requisite coffee cup. She looks sleepy and a bit worse for wear. It’s my job to make the dark circles go away; the pimples vanish and restore the youthful flush of life to her cheeks. Happily, I can say, “No worries, I got this”! Then I see them! My stomach lurches and my heart sinks. Her lips!!! Wrinkled, flaky, mottled and caked with dried coffee residue – in short, gross! Like raisins or two dried out peppers on the verge of cracking. Chills run up my spine!

Feverishly I dig through my bag of tricks and pull out what is my product recommendation for the week: my Malin & Goetz Lip Moisturizer.
