Last night Derek Fabulous hosted a blogger party for couturier Kim Hick’s line and upcoming show!

Fabulous people, great food, and of course GORGEOUS couture gowns filled the room last night at our blogger party for couturier Kim Hick’s line preview. Bloggers and other guests watched two beautiful models show just a few of Kim’s designs from her new line. There were amazing hors d’ouevres catered by Vanessa Miller, and Given liqueur provided by Michael Mills.

John Barrett Salon did a fabulouss job on the models hair &  Metier Beaute’ at Bergforf Goodman did make up!!

The hors d’oeuvres were amazing, thanks to the talented  Vanessa Miller!

This event was literally just a taste of some of the couture gowns that will be shown next week at Kim’s show. Rather than being in Lincoln Center like most shows during Fashion Week, the show is set to be held in the decadent Woolworth mansion! This gorgeous townhouse has an old world feel that will make the perfect background to this collection that was inspired by “old world couture and glamour”.

Last night was a MEGA SUCCESS, & such a fun event! Thanks to all the bloggers who made it out! We’re so excited for the complete show next week, and can not wait to see the collection in it’s entirety next week at the Woolworth Mansion!
