Star Homes: Dr. Phil lists Mediterranean villa for $16.5M

Dr. Phil lists his beautiful Mediterranean style villa in Beverly Hills at $16.5 million. The gated and walled property of TV host Phil McGraw and his wife Robin includes a detached guesthouse, swimming pool, gym and theater.

The colorful couple is selling because they have bought a hillside view home that they’ve been admiring for years.

The walled and gated property that they are selling sits on nearly three-quarters of an acre.  The pair bought the house in 2002 for about $7.5 million, according to Times archives, they want to sell for $16.5M, who said the housing markets doing bad?
