Sweet Epsom Salt

Ohh to be out on the salty seas sailing away!  But how about soaking in your own salty bath at home?  Epsom Salt is a quick and easy thing to pour into your bath for some great health benefits!

Epsom Salt is rich in magnesium which aids in organizing many bodily functions like muscle control, improving electrical impulses, energy production and the elimination of harmful toxins.  It also combats against heart disease, stroke, constipation, blood clots, osteoporosis, arthritis, joint pain, digestive maladies, stress-related illnesses and chronic fatigue!!  Experts believe that bathing with Epsom Salt at least three times a week helps to look better, feel better and gain more energy. And at only about $4 a bag at your local drug store, this is a great way to soak and soothe your cares away!!
